The Tenth National People’s Congress
Approved by the Preparatory Meeting of the 4th Session of the 10th National People’s Congress on March 4th 2006

　　1. Hearing and deliberating the government work report delivered by Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council.

　　2. Examining and approving the draft guidelines of the 11th five-year plan for national economic and social development.

　　3. Examining and approving the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for 2005 and the national economic and social development plan for 2006.

　　4. Examining the report on the implementation of the central and local budget for 2005 and the draft central and local budget for 2006, approving the report on the implementation of the central budget for 2005 and the central budget for 2006.

　　5. Hearing and deliberating the NPC Standing Committee work report delivered by Chairman Wu Bangguo of the NPC Standing Committee.

　　6. Hearing and deliberating the work report of the Supreme People's Court.

　　7. Hearing and deliberating the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
