BEIJING -- Standing chairpersons of the Presidium of the Fifth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held its third meeting here Tuesday.
According to the meeting, draft resolutions on the following documents will be forwarded to the Presidium's fourth meeting for deliberation:
-- the government work report;
-- the report on the implementation of the 2011 plan for national economic and social development and on the draft 2012 plan for national economic and social development;
-- the report on the implementation of the central and local budgets for 2011 and on the central and local budgets for 2012; and voting on the 2012 central budget;
-- the draft amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law;
-- the draft decision on deputy election for the 12th NPC;
-- draft method for the election of deputies to the 12th NPC from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR);
--- draft method for the election of deputies to the 12th NPC from the Macao SAR;
-- the work report of the NPC Standing Committee;
-- the work report of the Supreme People's Court;
-- the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
Wu Bangguo, executive chairman of the NPC Session's Presidium, presided over the meeting.
