GUANGZHOU, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Vadim Menkov of Uzbekistan won the men's canoe single 1000m gold medal in 3:51.419 at the Asian Games here on Thursday.
Shahou Naseri of Iran got the silver in 3:53.232 and Chinese Xie Weiyong placed third in 3:56.081.
