COPENHAGEN, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said here Thursday that the United States will work with other countries toward a goal of jointly mobilizing 100 billion U.S. dollars a year by 2020 to address the climate change needs.
