Henan province has issued a series of documents to encourage clean production and cycle economy in the province.
It has in these documents defined the authority, examination and management procedures for clean production, providing the well-grounded policy basis.
The province has run a class to train 117 in clean production examination qualification. 126 have got the national registered certificate for such qualification.
A network of clean production information and technical service has been set up and 19 industrial firms have been awarded clean production certificates. 44 industrial firms will carry out clean production on a trial basis. The Zhengzhou municipal environmental protection authorities have appropriated a special fund of 500,000 yuan for the purpose.
