BEIJING, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- The Standing Committee of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) concluded its three-day meeting here Monday, proposing agenda for the Fourth Session of the 11th National Committee of the CPPCC.

It was decided at the meeting that the Fourth Session of the 11th National Committee of the CPPCC will open on March 3.

The meeting recommended that a work report by the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and a report on the proposals raised since the third session will be deliberated. The government work report and the draft of the 12th five-year plan (2011-2015) on the country's economic and social development will also be heard and discussed.

Jia Qinglin, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee's Political Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a keynote speech Monday.

Jia called on members of the CPPCC to maintain close connection with the grassroots and contribute to China's social management innovation.
