WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) -- A plenary session of the annual trade talks between China and the United States opened in Washington D.C. on Wednesday.

Visiting Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan co-chairs the 21st Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade (JCCT) meeting with U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke and Trade Representative Ron Kirk.
